I have decided to reopen this blog. I won’t be surprised if my former readers don’t come here anymore (it’s been a long time since I updated), but let’s just say I haven’t had a truly good blogging experience ever since I left Buddha Warrior. If I could do it again, I wouldn’t have written about many of my rants and kept it strictly more academic, but my friend once said that it was quite nice to read a more personal perspective on a religious person struggling with his weaknesses and spiritual afflictions. Fair deal. I also hate censorship, so I’ve never deleted any comments except for those that were spam. So I’m opening this place up again. Watch this space.

Nice to see the change, Raymond. Here are some suggestions for you to consider:
1. You could write a post on the Bodhi Boulevard blog to let people know that you will be using the Buddha Warrior blog again, and ask those interested in reading your future (and past as well) posts to visit it (you provide the link). At the same time, keep the Bodhi Boulevard blog there as it is, in which case anyone happens to visit it will know they can visit your BW blog.
2. This may take some effort and time, but maybe worth doing: upload those posts that you’ve put on your BW blog since opening it to your BW blog, so as to make it more complete with all that you’ve written since you left the latter. It’s a good idea to stick to just one blog, and therefore you could do the same with your Rockmelon Pie blog. That is, upload those posts you’ve posted on the RP blog to the BW blog as well. That will make your BW blog really complete with all that you’ve written since blogging.
I think it’s fine to have posts on a blog that have different intellectual/spiritual/emotional/personal orientations/flavours. That helps the blog readers to see its writer from more perspectives. So from now on maybe you could stick to just using the BW blog for all posts that you write, regardless of whether they are academic or personal oriented.
Just some thoughts for you to consider.
Sorry for a typo in my earlier comment, Raymond. in the phrase “upload those posts that you’ve put on your BW blog since opening it to your BW blog, so as to make it more complete…” in point 2 of my previous comment, the first BW is meant to be BB (Bodhi Boulevard). So the phrase should read: “upload those posts that you’ve put on your BB blog since opening it to your BW blog,, so as to make it more complete…”.
And the “it” here is referring to the BW blog.
