Sincerity is the only worthwhile form of charm – other charms are but illusions, but sincerity is grounded in true charisma, power of personality, and purpose-infused drive.
The true charismatic fuses sincerity with a commonsense, rational wisdom with a deep, emotional sincerity that makes men loyal friends and women adoring allies. At least in theory, for deceit is also used by leaders in different circumstances. Different leaders use different methodologies of cementing loyalty from those who would follow him. Some via the charm of sincerity, others the power of deceit.
Oh and I heard about the sex scandal about Edison Chen. Sad how easily people’s lives are stuffed up once their private secrets are divulged to the public. It does involve a lot of philosophizing and ethics, this topic of privacy – and since the U.S. and U.K. are turning into real-life scenarios of big brother states, this issue is hotter than ever…

Be careful, Biig Brother might be reading your blog. ;)
