Not that I need it so soon, but I am curious as to how mangaka put their comics together beyond the sketching, drawing and inking. How do they type the font and speech bubbles, and how is the page layout configurated? Any ideas?

Not that I need it so soon, but I am curious as to how mangaka put their comics together beyond the sketching, drawing and inking. How do they type the font and speech bubbles, and how is the page layout configurated? Any ideas?
Dosen’t really matter what ytou use I heard of people just drawing the bible on the paper other then using a computer, but people use skeching programs such as Adobe PhotoShop Pro, as for me I use The Gimp which is like the other one but free.
